I've been using their cable service for years, and only had very
occasional outages, all of which have been resolved by them within a few
hours. One such outage, I called them and they confiremed they had a
problem.
They offer a static IP address (wonderful for hosting your own stuff). I
consider their cable service the only way to go for heavy internet users.
10GB internatial, 100GB national per month at 256kb/s. (about 40KB/s)
I have to admin that I don't use their email or web hosting, and basically
don't ask them for help, because it just works.
Cheers
