5 days and am very pleased but...
Took 6 weeks from initial request.. promised a call back within 2 days,
never eventuated but then discovered I couldn't do what I wanted to do
anyway till I got the work end sorted out so didn't bother to chase up for
4 weeks. Once I chased it up was given a date and time immediately however
the installer (Jason, according to his note) never showed... note in
letterbox claimed he had arrived early and waited 20 mins which was BS of
the highest order... my personal opinion is that they wanted to watch the
Melbourne cup instead. 20 Minutes on phone got me a reschedule with someone
other than Jason. Second installer then redeemed themselves and TC by
turning up early again and doing a very professional and efficient job.
Benny was the name and I would commend him as he did personally lose out on
the deal but did a good job anyway.
Reason I mention it here? None of the TC mail addresses I have found
actually go anywhere so I can't send a note to them directly...

About 5 years on dialup, service slowing as the organisation grew, 28 days
on cable - no probs yet (apart from the effort of consuming 10G per month -
up to 6.3G with only 2 days to go, am working hard ;-)
