I'd have to charge money if you want to colo a machine.  

However I'm happy to host web, admin email accounts, etc, on a shared

[0] The difference is that physical space-in-racks is a much scarcer resource
    than disk space, or network traffic.  Disk space is cheap, and
    network traffic is relatively cheap these days.  Rack space hasn't
    been following Moore's law...
