[wellylug] Email Address + Website

Colin K is our de facto chair. It is at times like this we need a 
decision and money process. I agree we need a more conventional domain 
name. lug.net.nz seems likely. Wellington or WN would be usable. We are 
mostly talking of New Zealand users. Wn is well known. 
canterbury.lug.net.nz and dunedin.lug.nz is already established. I guess 
this is a subdomain? Might make sense to follow their lead. Easy to find 
us all?
