[wellylug] Computers Overheating?

hi,

A pc I built for my brother has developed a problem where after a few
weeks, components get burned out.I've had to send it back for repairs,
about 6 times...

I checked the temperatures in the bios, after the pc restarted for no
apparent reason, as I believe that the system is overheating, and then
restarting.

The cpu was:	45°c
The system was:	42°c

Is this a bit hot for the system to be running at?
I have an AMD Duron processor...
