The APC version is the version you run from a CD like Knoppix - which I
gather is essentially a promotional tool rather than the full version.
APC and PC User magazines have been very good though in providing
versions of Mandrake, Lycoris and Debian in recent times so it is worth
keeping an eye out. They tend to be cheaper than the dedicated Linux
magazines but then again even $30 for an operating system, office suite
and various other features is still a steal!!
