Hiya,
First of all "..Bad Image.." is a subjective analysis. I'm sure there are
some Green Voting, Linux toting users who would disagree with you.
Secondly, whilst I think inviting Nandor as *an individual* is fine by me,
the inference that Nandor's party political leanings have any relavance here
is not.
Leave political lobbying to the likes of NZOSS or Openz. Incidentally they
need to stay apolitical. Why? If Government adoption of Open Source systems
and Open Standards is a key plank to OSS success, then it's a good idea not
to be on the side of anyone. In politics, friends today are enemies tomorrow
(or maybe by the next election). I'll say it again.
It's_better_not_to_take_sides.
Leave LUGs to users. Nandor can join. Cool. As long as we treat Political
posts the same as commercial posts. Leave it at the door please.
(heh. Only this sort of problem would happen in a Welly Lug. :-)
