[wellylug] Kernel Compile - SUCCESS!

I was typing quickly (it took longer to compile than I thought and I
wanted to go to bed) and just hammered away...not to say I would have
got it any more right anyway :-)

I have a friend who is driven mental by 'SMSlish', CU L8R, 2NITE
etc...all you have to do to rile him up is send him a text
message...best bit is he lives in the UK and it still only costs 20c to
drive him up the wall :-)

On a more Kernel related note is there a file or website that explains
what all the options do? More like a newbie type guide/overview that
says things like:

"RAID/LVM Support: you don't need this unless your PC has a RAID array
or LVM thingy."

I have had a search at tldp.org and on google and end up with just to
many links or in the case of tldp I ended up with specific docs on
networking or setting up raid arrays etc.

Thanks in advance, harry-ra (just kidding ;-)
