[wellylug] lspci missing

Hi,
very tiny problem which I thought a newb like myself should try to sort out as a
bit of basic sys admin practice.

Following various dicussions on the list I gave lspci a go and found that the
command was not recognised. A man page existed for the command but no actual
command. RH 7.1 is my dist. I assume its to do with uninstalled libraries or
components? Can anyone give me some clues about why this might be and how I can
go about fixing it. I realise upgrading to a more recent distro (which I'm
probably going to do soon anyway) would probably fix this but I think the
exercise might be good for me.
