[wellylug] Meeting and Installfest

We might start thinking about the installfest.  I recall from our 
previous effort that several members regretted that existing users were 
not catered for.  I think we adapted at the time.  What do members want? 
 We can cater for newcomers.  What do the rest need.

I would like to think we can put together a network of useful 
applications for our own edification, and to encourage newcomers.
