No problem :-) Eage is pretty much exactly the same on both platforms so if you
have used the Windows version the linux version should be no trouble.

There is a ton of info on building GCC for cross targets on the web.

I have a bunch more at home, if you like I can dig them out and email them to
you.
building GCC for a cross target is really pretty easy. It's pretty much all
about the configure options.
With certain targets you may have to get C librarys written specifically for
the target achitecture (the avr has it's own C library).
