[wellylug] vim question

In terms of general RSI reduction, I found using the shift/control/alt keys
on the opposite side of the keyboard (from the key you're pressing) to help.
ie, for : use the left-shift+; rather than the (more intuitive) right-shift+;
It's quite a shift (pardon the pun) and takes some time to get used to - I
didn't really get into it until my wrist started hurting every time I
twisted it like that.
Of course, this applies to more than just vim - but I figured some general
advice might not hurt :)
