[wellylug] Installfest Planning

A similar thread is going on on the nzlug about holding a National
Installfest. The suggestion there is to have it January 17/18. If we
could link in with this nationwide event, I think we could turn some
heads. Our aim should then be to have a site in Lower Hutt, Wellington,
Porirua, and Kapiti.
I will look into the use of our Lower Hutt LUG venue.
