To be honest, unless you had a specific reason for using Apache 2.0, you 
might be better off sticking with 1.3.  If you had a specific technical 
reason for wanting 2.0 then those technical details would likely point 
you at one MPM or another :-).

If you're not building from source, I'd have thought that packaged 
binaries and updates would be available for both versions.
