[wellylug] Linux MP3 Player

Hey, 

I wanna build a MP3 player box. - Basically turn it on, have a very
quick boot, starts up mpg123 (Or something else), starts LCDProc, and
has the ability to control the player and edit and add (local server
files) to the play list through a web based interface.

Anyone know of a How-To: or suggest a way of doing this?
