While I'd be more than happy to put something together for you or help
you code one up yourself, it'd be an awful lot of work to do from
scratch.

There are quite a few bulletin board packages already available - have a
look at http://www.phpbb.com/ and http://www.openbb.com/ .

I'd also be happy to host it here if Ewen is uncomfortable with hosting
buy/sell advertising etc.

These are still down so I think it's time to just flag the current ones,
and prehaps set up a small new one for things such as a
Buy/Sell/Exchange
forums, coding forums etc. that might be better catered for off list?

The only issue here is hosting and software - perhaps it's time for me
to
learn some PHP and see if I can code something up? Sam... care to help
me?
