Why not spend 20 minutes instead restoring from your backup? Leaving
unique copies of important data on a proprietary filesystem indicates a
lack of imagination, don't you think? :)

I can recommend Gentoo - forget these bloated not-really-free
distributions like Mandrake and Xandros and really get your teeth into
something that will give you far more satisfaction and knowledge.

Who cares if Linux makes the desktop or not? I don't, just as long as I
can always use it myself.
