Hi Guys,

Over the past few days it has become clear that there are some issues
that people need to discuss. Email is an excellent medium, particularly
when emotions are low. However in the last few days, emotions have been
high, and I fear that people are misunderstanding each other in some
respects due the characteristic failings in email to convery subtleties
in conversation.

I would like to propose that we add an item to the agenda of the meeting
of the 19th to discuss the issues, which seem to be centred around how
the LUG handle OSS support, various political positions etc.

There is misunderstanding happening. I feel that people being able to
meet face to face to try and have a sensible discussion would be
worthwhile.

I also think that some people should learn to accept other points of
view and stop continually threatening to throw their toys out of the
cot. FFS, sort it out. Learn to live with other points of view.
Otherwise your world will become small, and a population of one.

Can people let the list know if a discussion focussed on trying to
address the issues raised in the last few days would be worthwhile. If
the majority feel that way, I'll load something into the website (That
Jethro has done an excellent job on), and we can try and settle this.
