Hi Jamie,

Something else you might want to try is chillies.  They are a natural
anti-inflammatory and work wonders for my RSI and I have heard of people
with arthritis having success also.  Any joint or tendon strain or
inflammation really.

The recipe is simple.  Take about a dozen whole dried chillies, put in a
jar with about 1 cup of cheap shite whiskey and let it build up steam
for about a week or two.

Then each day take a few drops and add them to as little water as
possible (about a tablespoon) and swallow fast.  Not nice, but it does
work.  I certainly start to feel it in my hands if I forget to take it
for more than a few days in a row.
