Or try 'ssh server scp' and see if it's found in the PATH constructed by
the ssh login. Perhaps 'scp' is in, for example, /usr/local/bin and this
isn't in the remote PATH. Worth checking anyway. Perhaps scp at your end
is expecting scp on the server to be in either /usr/bin or in the PATH?
