I currently don't have access to an Exchange server to play with this. My
recommendation would be to look at the Microsoft Knowledge Base.

I just got this question posed to me and I was baffled.  I tried what the
guy said below.but that didn't work at all.  We are running Exchange 2003.
Do you know where this setting is on the server?

REPLY: I do not have access to OWA as it is not running on any of the
Exchange servers I access. AFAIK you should have similar 'send'
functionality as Outlook.
