[wellylug] Wellylug Website Update

hi all,

I've just released version 6.0.0 of the wellylug website.

New Features/Changes:

2 Bar Layout, instaid of 1

A new get linux page

You can now submit download locations for distros.

When you login or out, it no longer takes you back to home (this annoyed
me a lot)

When you submit something, it has a return link, to save finding your
way back.


The poll has become part of the site &

The poll is now also automated. The code gets a topic from a database.
It then runs it for ten days. After 10 days, it will email everyone with
site feedback with the results.
(note: this will not happen for the current poll - the first email will
only be to me, so I can check it works as expected). After that, it
removes the old topic, and gets a new topic.

The rest is backend work. I also plan to add a member only voting
system, for wellylug members to vote on an issue. (ie: what should we do
with the funds?).



Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a large security hole.
- Fixed bugs on the 'Get Linux' Page with IE.
