[wellylug] dialup ISP suggestions?

I use the Paradise 200 hours for $20 a month (28 days) plan, it's pretty
good, I usually connect at 53.2kbps, and I often download all night without
getting booted. It's pretty good, but having a 28 day payment scheme is
really annoying - I never know what time of month my automatic payment comes
out.
