[wellylug] avoid mailers that generate winmail.dat attachments :)

Erm, what exactly are these winmail.dat attachments?
I've never come across them. Certainly not bothering me then, however people(in
general, not the person who I'm reply too:)) who send emails twice or have the
wrong time on their computers do.
