And if you have at least 45 minutes to spare listening to some very
dodgy 80's Classic Hits / Easy Listening music before you get the
incompetent monkey on the other end of the phone who thinks they are
technical but when you explain what the problem is she goes, Ohh I am
sorry I don't know what you mean, and when you ask to speak to someone
more technical she goes, I am technical, and then you but you couldn't
answer my technical question, and again you ask to be put through to
someone else and she says that she cant transfer, so you deal with the
idiot a little bit more, trying to explain the issue simply, to which
she still does not get, and then again you ask to go through to her
manager, to which she replies "Oh, sorry they are not available" -
which is typical, then you ask to go through to someone else and again
you are told that she cant transfer... so you try your question one more
time to which she says I will have to transfer you to marketing , and I
said - I though you could not transfer, to which the idiot replied ohh
only to my department, I said but you are a &*(^^ phone company, to
which she said, I will just put you through, to which I told her what an
incompetent *&()#$ I thought she was...

Arr the joys of dealing with Telstra I suppose..

But at least with the other scungy company you get answered pretty
quickly - to which you can have more fun riding around in the telco
playland of Lala.
