Is this true for Mozilla? One of the biggest complaints I've heard
recently about mozilla (by people who won't give up IE) is the claim that
it doesn't display the page until it's completely loaded. This may be
ignorant hearsay, but I haven't really noticed (I'm on broadband). Maybe
it's an issue with dial-up? Can anyone comment?

Either way, I'm fairly sure I saw an option once in mozilla's prefs.js
that enables rendering partial pages, but that's off by default....
