[wellylug] CVS usage

Hi 
I am trying to download a complete project from sourceforge.

I create my local "project" dir...

then 

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/project login 
as indicated

Then what ?..... The only option I found is to get a file at a time....
or
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/project co \ 
modulename 

What does modulename stand for ? a file, a directory, the all lot ?
I am not even sure that I can get the all files in once...

Any help appreciated ...
