[wellylug] CVS usage

module name is usually the name of the project you want to download from 
sourceforge's cvs server

on the same page you found these instructions, there's a link to "Browse CVS 
repository" (or something similar)

the module name will be the name of one of the top level folders you will see 
from following this link

are you sure you want the cvs version of a project? they're not usually stable 
releases.
maybe you'd be happier getting a tar ball of a release of that project 
instead.
