Hello Glen
I do suspect something stupid... bad layout for the partitions I did put the 
swap at the very begining of the layout, other wise, no virus thing in the 
bios or whatsoever....
Now I have a 1stMAinboard with a RAID on it .... may be creating the troubles?
I did install the 10.0 on a 333 it works like a charm...

Grub is loading ... and I end up with  :

I tried "windows" it did not work :-)
