And would prob screw up the file info for the SuSE install?? It uses a disk ID
etc to ensure the correct disk is inserted, and has a YAST compatible RPM
database of packages, location & dependencies.

You may well be able to split the DVD into 2 single layer DVD's, but getting it
to install could be a bit of work...
