Good Evening all...

Can people who are coming please register by the end of Boxing Day and also
anyone coming by train please let me know so that I can pick you up from the
train.

If you are coming, can you please provide your own food / drink.

There is a list on the website of who is bringing what, so that we don't all
end up with the same stuff.

If there is really bad weather that would cause the event to be postponed, a
email will be sent to the list in the morning. The bbq would be postponed
till the 28th.
