Well, I don't have a fixed IP - though my FQDN is guaranteed to stay
the same, and I have 3GB cap - though I struggle to reach half that. I
don't need massive speed, so I guess the plan I'm on suits me. 

I was on the full ADSL, fixed IP and 1GB limit but regularly exceeded
that and at 12c/MB overage it was crippling me!
