[wellylug] Mandrake 10 beta questions

Hi,

Mandrake 10 beta rocks!

So I've downloaded a bunch of large rpms from a cooker mirror (eg. Vegastrike,
kernel 2.6 source, Firefox, Mono), and the hdlists for cooker and contrib. How
can I set up urpmi so that I don't have to download the 20 MB hdlists over a
56k modem, and just use the ones I've downloaded?

Also, does anyone know how to stop urpmi from deleting the rpms it downloads
(into /var/cache/urpmi) after it has installed them?! I have a script that
copies them every 3 seconds in the meantime... rather annoying.

Then I should be able to dump the rpms in /var/cache/urpmi and it will install
them, and download any dependencies I might have missed from the mirror.

PS. Are there any NZ cooker mirrors?

Cheers,
Jonathan
