To stop Outlook sending other than plain text to a reply or an address put
that address into your Contacts. When you put in the email address you can
dbl-clk and open an additional dialog box to show the email address, Display
name, and Send properties. Change the send properties to PLAIN TEXT.
All emails sent will be converted to plain text prior to sending.
