That sounds odd... there aren't any restrictions as far as I know and we
usually make them available at the local developer conferences. This years
one is available as CDs or DVDs... I am waiting for the DVD one to arrive
(not that I can code for toffee mind you!)

Have they changed their policy again? About 8 months ago
it wasn't available for Kiwis ...
