I used to bother with that.

These days I just use the same address(es) for everything, including
posting to Usenet.  SpamAssassin (with sa-learn) does wonders - my ~30
spam a day get reduced down to less than one a day in my inbox, and the
rest end up in my Junkmail folder.  And I haven't had a false positive
for quite some time.
