Typically in Wellington it's at Dawaat (Manners Mall), starting at about
7:30pm.  There's a mailing list (list.thursdaynightcurry.com) too.  Some
of the regular LUG posters are regular attendees.

The key signing parties I've been to have generally taken half an hour
or so, unless there's several dozen people, so even starting at
6:45pm/7:00pm would allow people to do both.
