As far as I'm aware there's no problem with the mailing list other than
a user whose mail was bouncing due to them (or their company) breaking
their mail server in a weird manner.  That shouldn't have interfered
with anyone else's use of the list.  I've simply marked their address
such that it won't receive mailing list messages.

If anyone has actual evidence of the mailing list not working then by
all means forward it to me and I'll investigate (however note that I'm
attending Linux.Conf.Au 2004 in Adelaide at present so there may be a
delay before I can respond).
