ANY distro with a recent kernel (> 2.4.18 and iptables >1.2.7)
can do any of the things you ask ... but in that particular case
I'd probably be looking at coyote linux or some other single-
floppy distro ... you could utilise an old 486 without HDD for
that if the net-load isn't too high... :)
