There are plenty on the cooker-amd64 list.

I'd suggest caution.  From the win4lin mailing list:

"Unfortunately Win4Lin will not run on AMD-64 (opteron) today, due to
differences in the way virtualization works on that processor vs.
Intel-compatible chips (like the Athlon XP for example.)  At this time
we do not have any estimate of when this will be available. Best
