[wellylug] HuttLug meetings.

I am now unable to run the HuttLug meetings on the 4th Tuesday of the
month due to new church commitments,  I cannot guarantee continuing use
of the current venue if am unable to be there.

I would suggest we look at finding a new time to run the meeting pref
not on a Tuesday or Wednesday night.
