[wellylug] Linux Fax server

We setup Hylafax here a few weeks ago, it took a little mucking around
to get going - there's a truckload of knobs to twiddle.  Once it's
going, the windows clients seem pretty straightforward to use.  Making 
sure you've a supported modem would probably ease the process.
