Comrades, something must be done.  An infiltrator is spreading false 
propaganda about our movement.  This is causing much damage and upsetting 
the party hierarchy.  Identification of root evils is urgently required.  
All those free software users who have not done at least half the following 
will be sent to a re-education camp in Palmerston North:

     1. Contributed a minimum of 100 lines of GPL code in the last 12 months
     2. Submitted at least two patches
     3. Provided no less than $100 financial support to a distribution or 
project
     4. Written no less than 3 items of documentation for a project

Your cooperation in these matters is required.
