Well, yes, the government is 'looking' at implementing OSS.  At the 
moment it's just on the very high up / back end servers.  Don't get me 
wrong, this is a first step, but they are still (my guess) about 70% - 
80% Windows-based.

I was actually referring more to the desktop / corporate workstation 
environment.  Obviously we have some way to go on the desktop, but I 
believe we'll be there sooner than many think.
