Hi I've been lurking on the list for the last month or so and I have picked
up quite a few interesting bits of information - thank you.
I'm in the process of converting from the dark side (redhat) to the one true
path (debian) except that there are proving to be more stones on the path
than I had expected.
I have built two minimalist debian sarge boxes
(rsync/apache2/clamd/bastille) for off-site backups - one is stable - and
the other is doing things like this -

The box generally needs a hard boot to recover
If this is a driver issue how would I stop the driver from loading (I dont
use usb)?
Any other thoughts/suggestions appreciated
cheers
