No, but I do have a relatively generic IPTables script which performs two
of those functions for Paradise cable, if you're interested.
If the Woosh connecting device is like the Paradise cable modem (i.e. a
"dumb" modem-like device, where the ISP allocated IP address is
presented to the external interface of the firewall) you may find it easy
to modify for your purpose.
