[wellylug] Debian NZ Mirror down?

Seems it's the week for local mirrors to go hairy.

We're now on a much bigger box, on different IP numbers, a move that was
planned for later this week, but which was precipitated by some slightly
overzealous filtering by our upstream ISP.  All going well (cough),
it'll be up by 1-2pm today.
