uw-imapd
uw-imapd-ssl if secure traffic is required.

I have never tried to configure them, because they have _just worked_
for me in the past (with exim).

If you don't like uw-imapd, courier-imap, courier-imap-ssl or
cyrus-imap look likely suspects.

Disclaimer: I don't currently run imap because  I don't have root
access on a mail server any more.
