[wellylug] Continuing nz.debian.org / ftp.citylink.co.nz issues

What part of this tells you that it is not pointed at citylink? It
certainly looks like a citylink connect to me.

Apparanetly this is all to do with Citylink moving to IPs only available
thru WIX, meaning that if your ISP is not peered to WIX then you're out of
luck (or that is my understanding of it, I'm prepared to me corrected
tho!)

I'm with Orcon and have the same problem, Orcon estimate they will have it
fixed in a couple of weeks.
