Firstly the change won't happen until your next billing cycle (well at
least that's how it used to work).

Secondly 2Mb (note the lowercase b) = maximum of 256KB/s download speeds (at full bandwidth usage, which
is of course virutally impossible (allowing for packet overheads etc.)
